A key transmission component for commercial vehicle steering systems. The high length-to-diameter ratio demands tight thread accuracy; dedicated-line machining and in-house controlled heat treatment keep dimensions stable and microstructure consistent.

The core kinematic pair of a vane pump. The stator inner profile and rotor slot accuracy directly determine volumetric efficiency and noise level. All operations are performed in-house.

A power transmission component subject to alternating torque. Coaxiality between the spline and the journal is demanding, so turn-mill compound machining completes the part in a single setup and reduces accumulated process error.
EPS 输入 / 输出轴
The torque transmission and position feedback reference for EPS systems. The slender shaft geometry places high demands on straightness and torsional deformation control, and is supported by a dedicated production line.

The pressure-bearing and flow-distribution body of a radial piston motor. Bore and face accuracy together with cleanliness are critical. A dedicated line started production in 2026.

The critical sealing component of a hydraulic pump's flow distribution mechanism. Face flatness and oil groove profile directly affect volumetric efficiency and leakage, and are supported by double-disc grinding.
