Founded in 2008, Hongbo Machinery specialises in precision components for automotive transmission, steering and hydraulic systems, serving leading global Tier-1 suppliers.
A manufacturing enterprise dedicated to precision components
The company completed its shareholding reform in 2018 and operates an independent R&D centre for automotive steering and transmission components. It has been recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Ningbo 'Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative' SME and a four-star enterprise for management innovation in Zhejiang Province.
Hongbo's core competence is precision machining, with a portfolio built around automotive steering systems, hydraulic systems and new energy powertrains. From raw material to finished delivery, grinding, turning, gear forming, heat treatment and metrology are all completed in-house without external subcontracting, giving complete control over lead time and quality.
Managed under IATF 16949:2016, the company applies GP12 early containment, a temperature-controlled workshop, full-process data traceability and networked MDC equipment to turn quality requirements into a quantifiable and traceable system.
